Many people even claim that they feel taller, more limber and better after using the stability ball. Plus if you have kids they love to roll around on the ball and it is good exercise for them too.

Pilates classes can usually be found on local bulletin boards, phone book or in the newspaper. If you are having difficulty finding a class you may want to call the local fitness center or gym and inquire. Sometimes classes may be forming or not advertised yet. There may be private instruction in your city as well. Word of mouth or referrals are often how people find Pilates classes.
